The month of May is not over yet!!! We started the month with family visiting Carbondale and we were fortunate enough to be able to fly home to Oregon straight from our vacation for more family! Never can get enough of family time! Anyway, we got in late Wednesday night and stayed through early Monday morning. Here are the main events in Oregon...
Grill Master Ken: Pizza Edition
Dad busted out the good 'ole Weber grill and got a pizza oven fired up. Tonja made a gluten-free crust and chopped up toppings. We each got to make our own custom pizza then throw it in to get baked on the stone.
I was first up...and in usual style went all out on the toppings. We barely fit it in the grill!

I had the wonderful privilege of walking with my baby bro :-) It was an exciting and wonderful evening practicing for the big day! Fondue dinner and dessert followed the rehearsal...always something to look forward to on the Roth side!
